"This is the Life that She likes to Live."
She waits for her monthly
check and then Complains,
"It's not Fucking here yet?"
"I've sat on my ass all day
not having done anything;
what's with the Delay?"
This is the Life that she
Monotonously and Subserviently
Lives, day by day not giving
anything back only taking
with no desire to fully Live
Go, and at least sign-up to
get Financial aid that they
offer with the only requirement
being that you get off of your
ass each day to look for a job
But is this stimulation enough
to get her going with a Light
Promised of not only getting
ahead but excelling; Hell No,
she want get her ass out of bed
What about some schooling at
the local Community College
A Diploma and a Degree, maybe
you'll find your Lifes-calling
But no Aspirations for that either
Seems as though she's dropped-out
of Life only waiting for the meter,
to count-down to zero saying, "It's
Over
You squandered all of these Wonderful
opportunities and did nothing
Oh, there's one good thing that she's
found she can do
That's lay in bed and get screwed
Pop-out kid after kid
That's an easy way to keep adding-up
the state-assistance, Considering that
they give you more money for each kid
Different men on each corner
But so far they all only knock her up
and then disown her
I've told her, "Find yourself a man
with a decent Education and that's had
a job more than a month, (collecting cans
and scrap-metal for the scrap-yard excluded),
and Oh Yeah, Preferably one that's not
just being Released and then Committed
to 3 years of checking-in each month,"
Because these seem to be the ones that
get her really worked-up
Because there's more to the bad-boy persona
than always being in-and-out of Prison
It's a state of mind and a way of Living
But not always doing-time and potato-peeling
But does she at all Listen, a big, HELL NO
My Fucking point she's not at all getting
*This little diddy is about a close
family-member whom I'm trying to
get to get-up off of her ass and do
something with her life.
