"Transcendence."
I can feel it from within,
somewhere just below my skin
The whisp
That wants me to transfigure
and transcend this mortal
realm
It attempts to influence the
reasoning of my mind, letting
me know that it's ok to give
in
Just let go into the Eternal
flow of Oneness
Become Omnipresent
This is our Beckoning
Before Lethe erases all memories
Let Lethe erase all memories
of the old self and guide into
new consciousness of realization
of Being
Buddha says, "We are always
Becoming,"
We are to not hold onto but always
allow Awakenings towards new
Awareness in the Cosmos of things
Shed-off the old skin
But I don't think that I can
It's to comfortable in here
So familiar
In here I remember myself vividly
somewhere just below my skin
The whisp
That wants me to transfigure
and transcend this mortal
realm
It attempts to influence the
reasoning of my mind, letting
me know that it's ok to give
in
Just let go into the Eternal

This is so soothing Thomas, much like the feel I have after Sudarshan Kriya.
Enjoyed.

I read up a little on your, "Sudarshan Kriya,"
and liked it.
I also read from the page I found on it:
European researchers have found that breath is the link between the mind and the body - each emotion has a distinct breathing pattern For example, when we are:
Angry: Breath becomes short and quick
Sad or upset: Breath becomes long and deep
The reverse is also true, that breathing in a particular pattern can induce a corresponding emotion. So instead of being overwhelmed by our emotions, we can transform those using specific breathing techniques. Through Sudarshan Kriya we can learn to skilfully use the breath to change the way we feel, hence releasing negative emotions that cause stress, such as anger, anxiety, depression and worry, leaving the mind completely happy, relaxed, and energized.
Thank You for mentioning it... Pan

I find it to also be the
same way for me Theo.
There are things that I
can't/will not let go of
that hold me back.
Some should probably be
let go of for my own well-
being and maybe others are
like you said, "An honor
to hold onto for the memories."

Not forgetfulness, but letting go - that is the key. Beautifully written...

Yes Petit you are right.
I guess it's not forgetting
but letting-go of their hold
on us for our own good.
The memory will always remain.
Thank You again... Pan
