Do not Disturb

That wasn't what I was expecting
Not that I wasn't prepared for a possible
Entwining of the hearts.

Pausing to decide over cotton or lace when
Cotton was on top.
Smiling within at such a sensual scenario
Were I'm being undressed and plain, oh ooh plain
Cotton revealed to my lover to be.

I decided on cotton, there would be lacy days
To come, maybe there wouldn't be.
So many should I or shouldn't I's
Do's and don't,  it's rather perplexing.
Don't look eager
Don't look too excited
Don't expect a kiss after the welcome hug
Do greet with a kiss
Do look excited
Do look eager

I decided to just be me, Afterall its who I am
So I did kiss him..hard
Looked way too excited
With my eager to please expression
Yes our hearts entwined
In the hotel room
I pre booked
Leaving the do not disturb sign swinging
As I crept away.
One last look back
He looked peaceful
Bless him

I knew those cotton pants would be ok in the end,
Lace tends to rip when pulled tight around the neck.
