Silver Heart

Silver heart on a whim
a quick beat from a
crazy pulse flowing,
pumping, cold metal
turns fingers into
frostbitten ice,
nomore blue blood
passing through an
empty soul, now it's
empty, forgotten,
tarnished in a swirl
of colors that won't
rub off from a shine
of ones breath, not
even crystal clear
love can polish it
