Sick of Health

It's being called healthy when having fights and arguments in a relationship.
It's being called a healthy diet when you force yourself not to eat when you want to.
How does one become healthy from things that bring sorrow and tension to their hearts?

I plea to excuse myself from all this practice,
Simply because it is madness.
Don't you get sick from not eating enough?
Don't you get sick from sadness?
Aren't you sick enough already following this theory?
Or are hoping that someday when you fully sick,
you'll develop a health agony?

You slowly catching a health allergy,
Because you running on a killer path
And you going to run till you can't breathe,
Because in this mandate you believe,
And the fact that you in it to win it,
Means it's actually hard for you to leave it...
What a sick believer.

I'd rather be sick from a disease
or allergy
Than to suffer from a health tip
And convince myself that I'm happy.

I'm not judging I'm just stating,
We differ and this comes from the brains I own
And take note, this is just a note.
