now is the time to fight evil

This is our time,our chance for glory.  
 This world is filled with the darkness of every kind of evil.      
 When we fight back, our hearts race,
Holy Passion burns like a consuming fire:
This is what it means to, "Let your light shine!"  
By so doing we become like the stars in the night.  
They are surrounded by deep darkness,
Yet they burn with fire and thus shine !!
 
If we want to receive glory,  
We can't wait til we die and go to heaven.    
For in heaven the glory of God monopolizes everything,  
Like the shining of the sun at noon  
Makes the stars invisible.  
 
No, if we are going to achieve glory for ourselves  
it has to be in THIS WORLD, this dark dungeon.  
We cannot fight against evil in heaven.  
For there's none there.  
The here and now is all we  have.  
The present midnight hour is  
our chance to fight for the right.       
For it is only because of the deep darkness  
that the stars(of self sacrifice)can stand out and be seen.  
 
Why does the tungsten in a light bulb shine?  
Because it is so thin, so overburdened,  
Too thin to carry the load of electricity!  
If it were thicker, no light would be given off.  
Only when we're strained (and suffering)  
Just shy of the breaking point  
Do we give off light by our patient endurance.  
So endure and hold on -  
Yes, Let your light shine in the darkness!
