Inside the Labyrinth

The labyrinth twists and turns
Walls made of stone and ferns.
Gloom shadows the light
Only to improve the fright.
What awaits at the center?

Paranoia quickly sets in
Waiting for screams to begin.
Sun dims before my eyes
Creeping death is on the rise.
What’s that noise?

Something chases me around
Between these walls, I am bound.
But soon I find my way
When the sky drenches me in rain.
What is that voice beyond?

What waits around the corner,
In the center of the turmoil?
Manticore and haunting wisp,
Only gods know what’s in store.
Maybe a Gorgon with stone eyes,
That will revel in my screams?
Could there be a void to hell,
Or is this just a dream?

But no,
There stands a fair-haired beauty
Standing with grace and cruelty.
She teases me with my prize,
A romp in the night between her thighs.
After long hours of sweat and hump,
Gentile teasing of the stump.
The lady of the labyrinth moans,
Sweet seductions and wicked tones.
Talon-like nails draw the blood,
With her knees down in the mud.
Rain lashes on both lady and man,
During lusty fucking in the Pentagram.

At the end, when I tasted her flesh
She gave me one final caress.
Her skin peeled away, unbound,
She said, “You’re the Lord of the Labyrinth now.”
And fluttered away in the breeze.

Now I sit at the center of the world,
Seeing all, drought and storm.
I will witness all there is to be,
Waiting for the one the free me.
And, forevermore, I sit…
