The stings of life can be sharp, indeed, Iris. Love how you have used bees & honey as metaphors to show how something sweet - those cravings in life - can also be sharp & stinging. Brilliant! :)

Haiku is an art, and I, for one, could never write any Haiku, a true summers delight, Chiyo!

Thank you so much, Mourganna. But never say never! I'm sure, you CAN write a haiku. Just get an idea, then feel the rhythm (5-7-5)and pen it all at once. I bet in no time we'll see a haiku on DUP, written by you!
