Collision in the Heavens

Collision in the Heavens

You came crashing through where others were held at bay
And I surrendered

The collision was undeniable
Unavoidable
Left us unrecognizable to our own selves
Yet unquestionably awestruck in this new identity written o'er us

A breath taking cacophony of dancing lights
That reverberate and echo your joyous and playful ways

With each touch of your relenting skin I gained entry to a
portal beyond pliable flesh

Susurrations of the old conquistador you loved are heeded

Protect what others only seek to conquer
Enlighten what others have subdued
Become enveloped in the antediluvian lights that mark the path to her heart, and your redemption

It is heard by few, witnessed by many
The subsonic tremors that resonate with our heartbeats canvassed by celestial mist.
