Tuesday morning sacrifice

Only one fish left
The tiniest,least interesting,
Guppy of a fish
Turns out this so called non-violent
Community fish
Has an attitude problem
And packs quite a wallop
Zinging in to nose-poke the larger,
Unfortunately slower co-inhabitants.
Bee line for the eyes every time
Constant, unending torture
A bully day in and day out.
Until they float ghost like along the bottom
Upside down and sideways
Swaying their macabre death dance
A mass murder crime scene
In full on illuminated display
Right in my living room
Just this morning.
