There's nothing quite like
Late night conversations
The vibe feels right
Hard to just explain it
I think something special
Happens to the mind
It's on a whole different level
Than any other time
I don't know if it's the silence
Where amplified thought is found
Or if it's easier to form connection
When less people are around
Maybe lack of distraction
Helps get thought processes going
Because topics seem to come naturally
It's hard to keep from overflowing
Emotions seem to be on high
And come out a bit more freely
I try to figure out why
But it's really not that easy
So I just enjoy the moment
And try to make it last
I always long for more of them
Time flies by too fast
It's so hard to have enough
Of a heart dripping raw truth
I'll lose sleep over this stuff
Because I love how it feels to do
I wish it could always be this way
Opening up to one another
It's just not the same in the day
You'll know once you discover
How it truly is amazing
The way things get so creative
Uniquely interesting and crazy
I love it but can you blame me?

Come through late night conversations
