A Broken Valentine
I made a love note for you,
So we could trade notes for Valentine's Day
And you would know I love you.
But you gave your note to her
And you broke my heart on Valentine's Day.
I had thought you loved me too.
So I just sat on the floor
And I cried as I saw you look at her
And then I just walked away.
I loved you with all my heart
I left you and went home to cry again
And took my broken heart too.
