Mistress Of The Damned
Mistress...
Hear my prayer tonight,
a caged prisoner within myself forever,
this heart of darkness I blessed
has devoured my sanity and stripped
me of remorse
Jaded voices cripple my struggle
demon's rape me till I am nothing
Imprisoned by my sacrifices,
I thought would save me.
Mistress...
Mistress of the damned...
Follow my prayer tonight,
bless me your forgiving wisdom.
Honour this path the light I've been forsaken
Give my brain, a dream to replace
tomorrow's fate.
Innocence has withered from emptiness,
conviction now fills the fallen ash.
Alone I face the crimes, I've been
accused of.
Demonic lusts begin
their course throughout my spirit,
My angels have betrayed me salvation.
Into this rift, I await my self devastation.
Imprisoned by my sacrifices,
all I wanted was some peace of mind.
Mistress...
Mistress of the damned...

Give my brain, a dream to replace
tomorrow's fate.
Mistress...
A thousand whispers carve
their anger, on the walls of my thoughts.
Inside this savage fire, I will receive.
Outside this insanity, I laugh for comfort.
The spilled blood that pleases my sorrow.
Oh mistress, carry me to a heaven,
I can believe in.
Mistress...

Bless me your forgiving wisdom.
Honour this path the light, I've been forsaken.
Give my brain, a dream to replace
tomorrow's fate.
"I am sentenced by my failure to destroy myself
Unforgiven till existence of my evil is murdered.
Oh mistress, bless me your release."
I devote this piece to one and all, my beautiful
mother figure/best friend, for all the years,
of devoting and unreplacable care for my cold childhood
left tormented by my unwilling mother.

that speaks of sanity and self-revelation from one heart. This is very much true and I believe that often the tougher and the cruel heart predominates the softer one which is spiritual.
