James and The Elf Woman

James rides out on the dusk,
Breaking day, falling rime;
Shining day to come upon.
James following home,
When the wood it is leafing green.

James rides by the gates of York,
Breaking day, falling rime,
Oddly sees the forest dancers.
James following home,
When the wood it is leaf green.

Pointed ears of cosplay murth,
Breaking day, falling rime,
Blue haired beauty, with her flying hair.
James following home,
When the wood it is leafy green.

Daughter's hand let free,
Breaking day, falling rime,
"Come here, James, tread the dance with me."
James following home,
When the wood it is leafing green.

"I don't want to dance,"
Breaking day, falling rime,
"My fiancee would be upset if I'm away too long,"
James following home,
When the wood it is leaf green.

"Not today,"
Breaking day, falling rime,
"To-morrow is my wedding day."
James following home,
When the wood it is leafy green.

"Wilt thou not tread the dance with me?"
Breaking day, falling rime;
"An evil shall I fix on thee."
James following home,
When the wood it is leafing green.

James turned his car away,
Breaking day, falling rime;
Sickness and plague follow him home.
James following home,
When the wood it is leaf green.

James to his mother's rode,
Breaking day, falling rime,
Out before him his mother stood.
James following home,
When the wood it is leafy green.

"Welcome back James."
Breaking day, falling rime;
"Why do you look so pale?"
James following home,
When the wood it is leafing green.

"My dear sister, prepare my bed,"
Breaking day, falling rime;
"My dear brother, take my horse for a drink."
James following home,
When the wood it is leafing green.

"My dear mother, brush my hair,"
Breaking day, failling rime;
"My dear father craft me an ocarina."
James following home,
When the wood it is leafy green.

"My dear son, I shall do this and tarry not to stray"
Breaking day, fading rime;
"Tomorrow is your wedding day."
James following home,
When the wood it is leaf green.

"I am under elven spell, it is to her I must ride,"
Breaking day, fading rime;
"I never shall come unto my bride."
James following home,
When the wood it is leafing green.

"My mustang was swift and I tardy,"
Breaking day, falling rime;
"I sounded the ocarina in the empty glade and it was empty no more."
James following home,
When the wood it is leaf green.
