Pop the Dandelion

Again we dance our dance
teetering between sex and death
as you surrender all to me
proving your trust and devotion
Tightly restrained you wait
though all these fetters
are a mere formality
for your submission is complete
Downcast eyes rise to meet mine
a long, lingering stare
reveals your soul most vulnerable
awaiting the commencement
In silence I gaze adoring
surveying each inch
of your naked, trembling flesh
iridescent in the blaze of candlelight
Unbuttoning my belt I release it
pulling the sweet leather finally free
then feed the buckle to make the leash
slipping it loosely over your head
Without words, without fanfare
I synch it tighter and tighter
as you breathe quick and rapid
bracing for the storm
Then your face starts to redden
signaling that I finally have you
helpless in my clutches
your eyes bulge and water softly
As we continue you do not resist
no thrashing or struggles
just a rare and pure blend
of love and terror on your face
At last I sense the moment
we both have been longing for
just in the nick of time
I release as you quaff cool air
Scooping you up in safety
I lift you with my arms
lowering your velvetiness onto me
then grasp the leash ... again
