Welcome to Madness
My head hurts so much now
The voices and the pictures are too loud
Too obscure just telling me to what to do
I scream to shut them out but they come in slews
What I see what the normal world could not understand
I’m watching as the mirror becomes a hand
Unknown trees growing from the land
I breathe out smoke that takes different shapes
My skin falling off into the openness of space
A door in the wall leading nowhere
Open it and appear sitting in a chair
Sweat dripping from my brow and my eyes wide
Hands grabbing at my sides
The clock moving backwards and the voices lied
It’s way too loud to hear anything else
I can’t remember how to be myself
Maybe there’s more to life than what we see
Insanity is my gift for free
My eyes wide as humanly possible
I can see my body lost in a fossil
My mind has become the more hostile
I’m falling into the sky
Walking through the clouds as I die
Rain falling out of my eyes in vain
Hands clawing at the earth while I ride a train
I’m running through fire into the walls
Coming closer about to be crushed by the halls
Never again will I see or hear when life calls
Welcome to madness

Rain falling out of my eyes in vain
Hands clawing at the earth while I ride a train
I’m running through fire into the walls
Coming closer about to be crushed by the halls
Never again will I see or hear when life calls
Welcome to madness
