dear[est]son,
I'm living in paradise, enjoying every morsel pariahood has to offer.. despite that it takes a hefty dose of paradoxymoronia, which I had to invent myself, & which no one else wants to share in it's bizarre joys.....can't 'have' everything, & so what if it becomes decades that ye 'can't have' anyone, even though so many call 'me' "inspiring"....bla,bla,de blah'blah.....
hey, it's Dylan's birthday. Did I ever tell ye how we used to hang together when he first got to NY in 1960? he said I inspired him to start writing his own songs rather than just singin olde folky crap.... I have not heard from him much personally in the last 50yrs, even though I've faithfully bought all his records...many of'em several times over. It's just one of them things....hell, I almost got beat up by security when I tried to say hi at a concert for which I had a backstage pass from one of the guys in his band....pretty funny....I was almost AlmostKinda Famous myself 'back-in-the-day, so I understand how people like 'me' can be a pain-in-ass when ye got important things to do......HA....eye make goodjoke, eh.?
sorry t'hear'bout Montezuma dumpin his mexi-revenge on ye(or in ye)....one should really just stay in one safe-place All thee Time, but maybe that just applies in Heaven.

I like this write, ;) we were all almost kinda famous at some point, I like to think I told fame to fuck off, there's something about a small crowd in a dark bar that makes me smile. Regrets, I've had a few :)

I can't even handle that anymore...I haven't had alcohol in 26 yrs, yet everytime I go in a bar, dark or light, & ask for clubsoda or cranberryjuice, by the time I've slammed down a few, I get bounced out & am in the gutter dazedly gazing at the heavens....
come'ere to paradise, dear...we'll live in heavenly bliss forever or a few hours, or something or no thing (yknow?)......
