I'm a kid, sure
But I know so much more
Than you will ever comprehend
I'm a girl, DUH!!
But I have more strength
Than you would ever think
I'm lost, so what?
I can find my way
Unlike many others here
I'm constantly hurting, okay
Yet I know what joy is
Even if its hard to see

This reminds me of a good friend and fellow poet, a wonderful girl whom has led a challenging life yet has come away such a strong personality, we meet up often and have great conversations.
