RECORDS FROM MY MEMORIES.

In between commonplace uniforms & thoughts on a field’s bench, I read you.
I read your words, your “POetry”, your cleverly disguised attempts to own me….I ask now, why?
I ask with a r-e-s-o-w-n  heart, a distorted mind, and a resolved soul.
Why did you want to kill me?  Did I do you some unknown wrong?
Did my questions from curiosity and love for knowledge, combined with my naïveté, turn you into a monster?
OR did you harvest within the caves of your soul, some secret plan all along?                                                                                                                                                                                                                     I did not know what was in store for me, in your STORAGE ROOM saturated with
concentrated solutions, pollution --- your successful experiments of destruction.
But at that moment. That ONE moment of splendor, of disbelief, I read your words.
These were the things which awarded you, for your tasssTe in words, in beauty, in EXpression.
Yet out of everything I sAw, I FAILed to see you. I did not see the smile from the coal-haired fox, nor did I see the fangs behind his succulent mouth.
Like a carnivorous flower concealing its inner CORE.                                                                       That was you and of all the people in the world, I had to read YOUR words.
Empty , recycled jars from past purchases.  Or perhaps they were stolen?
Either way, I have come to learn A LOT from such amalgamation of letters, recipes of Secret, luSCious dishes, lusSCious, Secretive dishes.
And so here am I, here I am.    A recently fixed and reprogrammed entity in this spot on the map of universes, of dimensions, of existence.
In retrospect, I am happy to have tried you with my 5 senses and most importantly---to have read you.
