Sighs and Cries

Do you remember the pictures we took.
The imaginary snaps we promised to keep.
Those moments that were too special to forget.
Freeze framing our desire and laughter, Storing
them away for future reference.

Those beautiful lines captured and released,
Naked as nature had intended.

Our emotional moments were like a coastline
awaiting the evan tide to wash over us, To
cleanse, With slates washed and fresh ideas to
evolve.

I can still feel the heat that our fingers made,
Discovering new frontiers without boundaries or
walls, Claiming new lands in our name as we
explored our desires and lived out our dreams.

The sighs and cries, The sounds we made come
echoing back, As if the yester years were but
timeless encounters to uncork and breathe in,
To thirst for more as we moved together, Gaining
renewed hunger, To be at the feasting as we invited
each other onwards.

I still feel the heat.
I still hear the sounds we made.
The hunger never faded.
Captured moments.
As I remember the pictures we took

Together.
