I want to remember
You
yesterday
Your shade
Your exact
cadence of words
floating off tongue
massaged
through lusciousness
until airborne
for only me to hear
...........only me to hear
Let me dwell
on previous moments
all unique
in my experience
Time remains still
while environmental misfortune
conditions Us
for constant,
distracting
motion
I`m not greedy
sing just One note
I`ll wrap myself
in its soft
vibrating blanket
assuring me
that human connection
sheltered Our Union
like none other that day
..........none other that day
theory
prevents the notion
of such Love
reaching over waves
and frontiers...
of Trust
overcoming reasonable
suspicion
in this world
of brutal precedent
yet
eyes open
or closed
We are here
gathering
those previous moments
Our foundations
of Care
obliterating boundaries
of which
We are unaware
forming steps across skies
paved in Lover`s Spirit
finally embrace
amidst this
gentle chemistry
only We can share
