it's so hard to breathe
I'm trying my best
not to lose my head
I don't know what it is
but something's gone horribly wrong

I don't know what's causd it
but it's making me feel like shit
are my loved ones alright?
did I do something wrong?
will something bad happen?

it feels like someone took a tourniquet
and wrapped it around my heart
pulling it tighter and tighter
then releasing it
only to pull it tight again

what the hell is going on?
I'm ready to burst
I thirst for knowledge,
to know what it is
that is making me like this

all the while the tourniquet wraps
around and around and squeezing
halting my breath
making me want to cry out
and like a snake
it hisses in my ear
"sssssomething's not right...."
