It's easy
to curl away inside myself
it's dangerous - I blinked away ten years
It's easy
to be mad all the time
it's dangerous - everyone gets fed up
It's easy
to live in a fantasy world
it's dangerous - reality is anything but
It's easy
to just say forget doing it
it's dangerous - that becomes the norm
It's easy
to smile on the outside
it's dangerous - the frown gets deeper on the inside
It's easy
to think about what I want
it's dangerous - it just can't happen
It's easy
to let the tears slip down
it's dangerous - they fall more than rain
It's easy
to talk about what I'm feeling
it's dangerous - they think it's selfish
It's easy
to watch other people happy
it's dangerous - it breaks my heart that little bit more
It's easy
to ramble nonsense
it's dangerous - I do it just so I don't have to keep thinking
It's easy
to get lost in my books
it's dangerous - they will always be there, I won't.

to want more for myself
it's dangerous - there are some things you can't control

to give advice to those who ask
