Understanding

An understanding between me and you.
Is like sharing secrets and being true.
Knowing each other understands,  
makes us feel like we can take a stand.
We understand each other to every extent,
we help each other up when our backs are bent.
We all have our own rhythem,
but we are just one beat.
I know you and you know me,  
thats what makes us who we want to be.
Our understanding will last forever and so will we.
I'm always there for you and you here for me.
Our eyes are the same,  
I see what you see.
My dreams are your dreams, and yours are mine.
We dream of a world so very divine.
We go together like a knot in a bow.
Where ever you are are,  
is where I want to go.
There is no mountain we can't claim,
there is no ocean we can't swim,
We will always be different,
but yes we are so the same.
No matter the problem we understand,  
as we stand side-by-side holding hand-in-hand.
