take it all back.
when did it begin,
the dying of our wanted sins
the moment where our shadows crossed
more frequently than our bodies touched
where our shining eyes that stared into longevity
became searchers and locators of infidelities
and the freckles on my face
that drew dot-to-dot hearts predicting our fate
shattered in the summer
as my skin burned
and healed into your return
we knew nonetheless nothing was there
but I tried again and covered my face bare
with the make up you bought me one time
to hide the broken hearts to keep us blind
so we slept all day, pondered on the night
argued and fucked till every thing was right
but woke suffocated in bed of regrets
and walls bleeding memories to forget
we burned the pages dripping with poetry and art
along with our voided hearts
and walked along the path to the train
for the last time as it started to rain
we stopped, turning our bodies parallel
and our voice boxes viciously swelled
he said, "you'll find another"
and I replied "fuck off"
the dying of our wanted sins
the moment where our shadows crossed
more frequently than our bodies touched
where our shining eyes that stared into longevity
became searchers and locators of infidelities
and the freckles on my face
