Final Redemption
I am not some Joseph looking for a manger’ *,
I am looking for my own cross to be nailed upon.
For I already wear a Crown of thorns upon my head
And have had the spear thrust deep in my side.
Whether Jesus was God, Spirit or some misguided soul I perhaps will never know,
But at least he left with a meaning to others, still not forgotten.
My cross is invisible, no nails can be seen, the burden no less heavy to carry,
You can not see my blood stream of tears shed under the cover of darkness.
My parents are old, frail and keep a brave face
but they have...
