i have one book published and at least 3000 other poems on any topic almost and I am happy to be a member of du I am very happy with how people have read my poems. I am very pleased as this is the very first I have ever put on the Internet.

Poor Boy's Blues
The poor boy's blues
that's what's a matter with me
I have them through and through
my clothes has them too
take a look at my shoes
you can see through'em
don't tell me you can't see
the blues...have been around
here for awhile...the blues
have moved in here with me
but fuck 'em... fuck the blues
I wouldn't know what to do
or how to feel without the blues
on my ass and my heart and soul too
because I have never seen
very much that would make
me not feel the blues
that's what's a matter with me

Have Mercy On Us
The entire human race
is living under the mercy of
a few psychopaths
the human race is lucky
to get this mercy from
the psychopaths
let us remember all of
the human beings who
did not receive any mercy
from these psychos
its very sad to think about
but it sure does look like to me
the only reason the human race
was given this mercy...
these psychopaths
get their kicks from
punishing human beings
in any and every way possible
is living under the mercy of
a few psychopaths
the human race is lucky
to get this mercy from
the psychopaths

Bye Bye Love
I was in love and living with a lovely gal when
her mother came home from Florida to visit
for the summer...Mama had a boy whom had
went into the Elvis Presley business... he is
a good singer and guitar picker so he bought
an Elvis wig and sharp jump suit then began
going around to the old folks homes...doing
his thing and had became somewhat of a star
Mama and I had watched a tape of her boy
singing "Baby Let Me Be Your Teddy Bear"
that was a big Elvis hit...I noticed her eyes
were watering when she asked me to write
her...

A Little Self Reflection
When I was a kid I was blessed with
a photographic memory...I could
remember the things I seen very clearly
every little detail...for days and I still do
have flashbacks but the photographic
memory is long gone now after I have
had as much abuse as a man can take
on my back for so long but I still have
the flashbacks once in awhile so it is
cool it will have to be and I realize
I can and do remember many things
that once was...that will never be again

My dear child
