Afterglow
The moonlight and the shadows,
once rivals,
now mingle excitedly;
Wildly;
Lovingly;
over your nubile form.
I'm trying to take in this lesson.
My eyes revel
as your fingers fondly flirt
with the light and dark.
My teeth draw
on my jealous lips
as you bathe in twilight.
You breathe in
sudden syrupy melodies,
tickling more than my ears.
Your eyes,
glinting as the stars,
invite me in to the dance.
I will take the chance.

You were brainwashed
Into thinking
The white European model
Is the standard of beauty’

Beauty lies within the breasts
The belly
The hips
And all these pale in comparison
To the eyes
And the lips
But even more
As only the wise know
Beauty is fleeting
It is but a moment
And is the first to go
So you must seek
The beauty within the soul
And if you find a life long love
Then you’ve a wealth
Beyond the only riches
That most men know
