Broken
I don't know why my hear is so broken
I mean we were just friends
Besides the fact that we hung out
Also don't forget about the kiss
You haven't texted me in weeks
I know your life is busy
But to hear that you have a boyfriend just broke my heart
And the worst part is I didn't hear it from you or him
I thought you two were my friends
I'm so heart broken now even though it's stupid of me
I mean we were just friends
Besides the fact that we hung out
Also don't forget about the kiss

Just having fun
Driving down the road
Me in the passenger seat
Music blasting
Going way to fast
One hand on the steering wheel
One hand holding a small dog
The big dog sliding across the backseat
Going through the McDonald's drive through
Feeding the dogs french fries
Spilling your frappe
Flying down the interstate
Doing 100 miles per hour
Going to your house
Laying in your bed
The dogs barking at the tv
Leaving before your parents got there
Flying back up the interstate
Dropping me off at home

A tired body with a restless brain
3:00 A.M.
I can't sleep
I'm physically tired but my brain is running at full speed
So many thoughts running around inside my head
Why won't they get tired like me?
Thoughts about what I did today or yesterday I guess... whatever
Thoughts about what I want to do tomorrow or today I guess... it's confusing
Do the dishes
Clean my room
Maybe a shower
Do I want to shave?
Go for a walk?
Why do I fucking care?! It's 3 A.M.!
I wish I had a switch to turn this brain of mine off
