The pull and strain on my
every nerve made me feel alive.
I had a need to fit myself
to you, your curves with mine empty spaces filled with
each other.
We gave of ourselves without expectation,
Boundaries, became blurred
An undeniable oneness
blazed a burning path leaving behind the image of infinity
Stand by me, my lover, my best friend forever steadfast
Fortyfour years have passed
We remain, no longer lovers
Outside of marriage we
would not be friends.
Gratitude does not exist
This... love? ...

I Don't Regret, I Don't Make Excuses
Wait,
where ice cold scapels and syringes piece your world back together.
Continuously feeding yourself
fake pasteurized orgasms,
creates that frenzied look,
in your beady eyes.
Rain beats up, then down,
on your skin, sloughing off
tainted reality, sucked
into the drainpan overfilled,
backs up, bits of pornography
into the lavatory,
that is your mind.
They scream, then laugh,
as they sees themselves

on reel to reel
Youth wasted away on
