Come ride the purple hippo
Through pink jungle of neon mist
Filled with monkeys full of nasty tricks
With a poet who took a nasty hit

ANOTHER COLD NIGHT IN MINNESOTA
Oh no!
Another night of -40 below
Frostbite so bad they'll
cut of my toes
Please won't you cuddle
Your warm body up next to me
Together we'll snuggle
And survive this frozen catastrophe

THE DAY AFTER, VALENTINE'S DAY
Theirs no better day
Then the day after St. Valentine's Day
When the price of love
Is discounted 60% below
Than the price marked above
When you can walk through the door
With flowers and candy in hand
Without becoming a poor
Pathetic young man
So take heed dear lads
Listen closely to my advice
The only way say you love her
Is at less than half price
Then the day after St. Valentine's Day
