..mirror..
when the world revolves around your beautiful sphere
you can't hear or see your "all about me syndrome"
its everyone else's fault but your own
with zero tools to see your projections
you are stuck in "i can't believe you/that person, those people would say, think, do these things to ME "
void of curiosity that you may have involvement in your own suffering
is all it takes to make you and everyone else around you
..miserable
..stressed out
..walking on eggshells around your fragility
YET
to use the word narcissist is tired and boring and ...

..a travesty..
the trees mentioned it in their morning meeting
it was a clouded mess in need of a clearing
it ran high and round
through sticks and mounds
a proper muck
its thoughts got stuck
till the littlest still
waved a glowing shrill
schlavling and unraveling
her wings tucked into the suckling
they knew it would not
but the fleece was too hot
for it was a day they could not forget
the amnesia however had its place
do you know what's being said here
they asked again. no one answered
they shuddered in fear
because it...

its so very tiresome
to hear the extremist left brains of the world
intellectually battling out abstract concepts
or striving for the solution junky trophy
with their square words
their suit and tie sentences
the hard on for that educated tone
filled to the brim with unbending beliefs
blah blah blah'ing into the black hole of knowing
a wondering...
is there room for words to be woven with soft petals and soft hues of mauve in IRS notices?
may we be delivered auto insurance statements with a vivid description of what a sun kissed jasmine...

feeling heartbeats through your feather hoof
wrapped around the tip of my tentacle
in the rich worlds that exist just beyond the veil
no space
no time
no limits
not in the way the domesticated mind can make sense of anyway
you're never not close
and im never far
in the realms of the murk and the mystery
our backs are back to back
we can still support each other and feel fear
and anxiety and panic
its all part of it
but we know we are never alone

a chorus of brass wind chimes among the whistles
ye old oak witches sway hard..their movement sing the songs of ocean waves
cheap window panes creek and groan
this sweet match box mc mansion shakes and shimmies now and again
true soul vitamins
cozied up on my couch
soft lighting, laptop, tunes and poetry
incense wafting, tea steeping, fur babe at my feet
heart candy
does it get any better?

its the mighty push pull of two that want and can't
who love and fear
who find distorted comfort, love and safety in instability
who cry out when satisfied cravings turn to hollow hells
