A rose - is a gift from the palm of a man,
but it also bares thorns
which brings pain to the hand.

And although roses in life
play a beatiful part,
friendship is the true foundation
of a blissful heart.

And on the pillars of this foundation
surely there is room for us!

For to stand at this height
and gaze into the beyond,
who's to say
what the winds of fate have planned.

When staring up into the sky
in the absence of light
I am out of mind
when you are out of my sight.

Up there just past forever
is a place to send my dreams
so I send all my hopes
no matter how dark it gleems.

And endless possiblity to infenity
twinkles beyond that star
as the dense waves of our pulsar
breaths life into this scar.

Constellations of confusion

A galaxy of distance
