Her (my version)
A beauty- captivated me
i was so blind yet the moment i saw her
Her vision captured me
A virgin with honor in her eyes
Well maybe a virgin considering her age
Oh and she was no nun these days
I love her
In an instant we can be reborn
Opened up to another's eyes
Blank stares thus have no reprise
I love her
She exudes love honor and strength of character
Her sturdy smile
those eyes that could take me back a while
A beauty.............
She is.

An Unraveling
The frills of my love are becoming ensnared
by the thorns that are your judging your lies and your compulsion
now the honeymoon is over I am painfully aware
of these ignorant emulsions
yes the frills are becoming ensnared
as my own good judging begins to become unraveled...
obscured by the maniacal convoluted
pass times of a brain laid waste
I begin to realize that the unraveling has picked up it's pace
No more wining and dining
I am consumed with a mental masturbatory kind of uneducated pining
I am finished with what I once saw as a golden...

LOVE POEM

A Short Piece
Your face as jaded as a designated day of rest
Is now the thudding in my chest
Although I know
Eventually that face will wither
As the object of my fretting soul
It makes me quiver
I'm inspired by you
Over and over I play you in my brain
and stare into that inspiring face
And the words you whisper softly to me
While I”m locked in
Locked away from a world so full of hate
You are all of my senses
You are everything I see
And the world becomes white noise
The hatred in it begins to drift away
and the letters to all the girls and...

shopping list
Exasperated, arguing with you is a hobby
No matter how many times i tell you no
The answer isn't enough to get you off me
I wanted so much for us in the past
I write this poem in danger of sounding crass
you take so much and yet give so little
My undying loyalty to you has left my heart cold and brittle
You maybe know all the ins and outs of loving a soul as loyal as mine
But i know things too like ; you really are not trying
you left her who ever she is shopping list in your car
she asked you for things of which i refuse to speak
and you refuse...
No matter how many times i tell you no
