Grains Of Pleasure
Stalks are as tall as human beings,
Tassels are at the top,
Silks are red,
Ears are thick and green,
Waiting to be undressed,
Grains are of color of the sun,
Waiting to be roasted and chewed,
With a stout beer as a companion,
Whether it's wheat or corn or both,
You can never go wrong,
When you choose the grains,

You safely landed on a telephone line
But your tiny head keeps on budging
Perhaps because of paranoia
Or curiosity, who knows?
Will you please teach me how to fly?
But I would have to grow wings first
You would say
Or chirp
By the way, your chirping is like a sweet melody
You use that to impress females I know
Don’t you ever dare eating my crops
Or dropping one on me
But your tiny head keeps on budging

Weapons of peace
So a plan B
Is ought to be conceived
When ego is enemy
Standing as obstacle
In your way
Just like a hurdle to a horse
You have to be aware of it
Perception is also a key
So all those carrots you’ve ingested
Won’t let you be deceived
You’ll also have the high ground
Of being fast and non-linear
It doesn’t even matter
Whether or not you have constraints
That make you hobble
