first love
The first time I fell in love The summer wind blew wild and free His name was Vince and he intrigued me He was not like the other boys he read books He was gentle we climbed trees He kissed me there in that Summer breeze and whilst we played I knew that day I loved this boy and his gentle ways All summer long I followed him we kissed in trees and by the creek running bare foot through the fields holding hands at the ice cream stand Vince was really sweet but just like the seasons boys change like the wind and as autumn set in no more long day this gentle boy began to change no longer sharing...

Kiss me quick so that I know you're here
I've dreamed of you so often i can't believe we're together
Kiss me slow so that I feel your warmth
It can be so cold here without you
Kiss me deep and fill the void
that appears when you're gone

JUST AS I AM
YOU ACCEPT ME AS I AM
The fat
The skinny
The short
The tall
You accept me faults and all
All my moods
The happy
The sad
The ups
The downs
The good
The bad
You accept my selfish cry and never have you asked me why?
Even when we disagree
I find acceptance in you of me
It feels so good
I am set free
I know there is someone who accepts me for me

SELF CONTROL
Its hard to have SELF CONTROL when all i want is you to hold
But i must because you see no one can know about you and me
Our secret glances and trespasses must be missed
No one can ever see us kiss or touch or look longingly into each others eyes
and for this we must disguise what we say and the way we behave
So SELF CONTROL we must have until those stolen moments those secret moments
When we kiss touch glance and trespass
SELF CONTROL!
But i must because you see no one can know about you and me

TIME IS WASTED WHEN WE THINK WE HAVE TIME.
MOVING THROUGH LIFE GOING THROUGH THE MOTIONS.
TRYING TO LIVE UP TO EXPECTATIONS AND NOTIONS.

NOW I KNOW I'LL NEVER FORGET YOU
WE LAUGH TOGETHER AND WE CRY
WE SHARE OUR TRIUMPHS, AND SORROWS
AND TALK ABOUT OUR TOMORROWS
