That Purp
The room fills with smoke
The high comes with just one toke
This's the shit that'll make you choke
If you got cotton mouth, nows the time to get a coke
I took a hit from the bong
It wasn't even that long
It filled up fast and then blast
Im long gone!!
You feel funny in your head
Now wishing you could never be dead
Nothing's wrong is what you said
Your body feels heavy just like lead
This is some of that good
not the shit you get in the hood
High grade kush, I barely understood
You gotta take it easy, and yes I should...

MISCELLANEOUS POEM

The Beginning of the End
The adrenaline feels like a super shot of meth
The smells are unlike anything, and I will never forget
As the pads go on, and the cleets tied
It's time to play football, and hit somebody until they cried
There's the kickoff
Run, baby, run!!!!
And on the first snap
The end has just begun
I hit a post route
caught the ball
Then knocked outta bounds
but thats not all
As I went down, my foot was in a hole
I heard it snap like a wooden pole
the trainer said, "It's a torn ACL"
My heart ripped outta my chest is wat...

My spot is chill
My crib is chill
It's a bad ass spot
turned the other way
from the others in the park
Everybody in here gets high
whether it be weed, meth, or a pill
just to get by.
The best part though
Is part of my addiction
My D-boy lives behind me
With his bud in the kitchen
Always good
Always straight
could be bud
could be shake
When the deal goes down
Im as sly as a cat
Im in and out
Just like that
People never see me
because of my spot
and it's sooo chill
that i'll never get hot
It's a bad ass spot

Thanks flight 93
September 11th is a day all will remember
just as knowing it is three months from december
When the towers fell, my mouth hit the floor
And everybody wanted to run for the door
They couldn't move, frozen like stone
I knew then I wasn't alone
My body trembling, heart racing
I couldn't help but think about the next war we were chasing
Could this be the one, the Apocalypse I mean
The biggest war of all war's I have ever seen
Panic in New York, and Washington DC
Could have been a third, but not thanks to flight 93 ...

To My Past....
Dear me, why did you do those things
Why did you drop out, and think you're king
You knew your were'nt but it was all you
Hanging with friends you barely knew
Moving around from place to place
Hardley remembering your last teacher's face
All threw your teens, your partied hard
Thinking you had time, mind steadily jard
Your dad wasn't sober, niether were you
Next you got put in jail, again hanging with people you barely knew
Why did you do those things, way back in the day
Your record is tarnished, and you're still...

Dumbass
My heart is pounding as we pull up
Waiting, inticipating, until he showed up
The deal is done, we are down the road
Oh shit, blue lights! And here we go!
It was a set up, my boy did me wrong
He sang like bird, as loud as a gong
Why me, why now
He did, somehow
Now Im sweating and shaking in the passanger seat
As we fly through the country, like we can't be beat
Through a corn field, over a levy
The car is hauling ass, but now it's so heavy
That's it, we're done
outta gas, and a gun
The cops are there, to haul us away...
Waiting, inticipating, until he showed up

Stoner meets Dealer.
Everywhere you look and see
Somebody is high, and you want to be
"Why cant I get some?" is your only thought
But then you see your dealer get cought
"Now that was close" is what you say
"I was only a block away"
"Where can I get it? He had the good."
Now your riding deep down in the hood.
Blunts blazing, you smell the herb
Now is when you get the erge
Look at this guy, maybe take a chance
Hopefully he doesn't pull a glock out of his pants.
You stop and ask, with a little hesitation

The Alcoholic Pursuasion
As I look at the bottle, now empty on the floor
I cant help but to think, "Why did I go to the store?"
My son came in and that was it
He knew I was drunk, and that made him pissed
I couldn't help but to think of all the lies
And the dissapointment in his eyes
In a drunkin stuper, I told him I was done
"Yea right", he said. "Thats only your first one!"
He was right, I hate to say it.
Thats just part of The Alcoholic Pursuasion
For some people that's the case
It's the end from the very first taste
