I am fluid.
I will not stop moving

I am the water
I am everything you see
You are a pinwheel
Chasing after me
I am everywhere

Regret
Someday, I might marry you.
Now, I may have lost the right to say that... through our history.
After the years you spent loving me
While I desperately loved someone else.
But, I love you deep in my bones.
And that is the truth
It is also true that I want this greatly
And that oceans and wars and even decades could not tear you from my mind.
Through my fruitless journey I searched for passion
Something I only found when you kissed me tonight
You made me feel so much more in a single day
Than I could ever feel in a month.

Your sweet nectar, one drop isn't enough.

I shall never miss a spot

It's two A.M. and I'm hooked
On late night skype calls
And the way your body moves against mine
On your lips
On you.
I can't begin to understand what you're doing to me
But I like it
And the way your eyes gleam
and how you feel
wrapped around me.
Time is our nemesis
and when I look at you now
all curled into a blanket
Smiling at me
Miles away
All I can think is how
Some cultures have a thousand words for love
And all of them put together
would still not be nearly enough
to explain how I feel

Paper Hearts and Spilled Ink #2
He comes home smiling
His faith beguiling
But when he closes his bedroom door
He lies there crying
and burning once more
They sit together
and thank the lord
The words spinning around his head
He begs they would hang him from a cord
He's so alone, he'd rather be dead
He knows he's not perfect
But should he eat?
He wants to fit in
He wants to connect
He'll starve tonight
His enemies have one
once again they're shining bright
They push and they shove
Then one gets carried away..
A few days after
The boy doesn't come...

He grabs his cold sharp knife
And he takes it to his neck
His last words he says
"I will not regret"
He finds his pain, he kills it
A young boy of fifteen
Already bruised
His friends never knew
No one ever once suspected
That this boy was raped
His bruises stay disguised
His eyes hid
behind glass eyes
He held his hurt and blood
and he spilled it on the floor
No one ever knew
Until the night they found him by his door
As she sobbed and screamed
Their victim was no more.
And he takes it to his neck
His last words he says

Heart break
Heart Break
To love someone is like ripping open a bloody scar in your soul, then having it stitched up by another love that will have left a loose thread and pull your entire world apart inside your chest, dousing your inner fire with a kerosene that leaks and spoils your once-hopeful dreams, dumping out the drink you paid for. It tears at your seams and breaks your bones one by one as you're forced to watch your true love, love another. A pain internally bleeds in your heart, crying blood from the knife he left in your back, the chilling metal blade not killing you, but draining you....
