Chemical Paradox
Chemically changing
Life rearranging
Happiness estranging
Mind deranging
Punishment looming
Future glooming
Slavery grooming
Everything unassuming
Bound by chains, I smelted myself
Concealed by shadows, without the stealth
Giving my knowledge back to the shelf
Seeing a mirror and someone else.
Eyes without soul, no more to see
Lungs without breath, I can not breathe
Words become hollow, don't know how to be
Scared without fear, get away from me!

Poison in your Heart
Lies, hurt, deceit;
Crawling in your mind.
Betrayal, your conceit;
Like poison up your spine.
Tell yourself it's the truth,
And maybe you will find
The justice so uncouth
Blurring all the lines.
Balance unachievable,
Too much hatred in your heart.
Reality? Unbelievable.
Too much anger to restart.
So I'll sit in this corner waiting
Hoping one day that you'll see,
The darkness you're always sating
Is eating away at me.
Crawling in your mind.

Questions of the Numb
Tantalizing, ever pressing.
Impressing upon me,
Never resting.
Trusting in my confidence.
Arrogance through me.
Stuffing down my ignorance.
These thoughts are always seeping.
Sweep through the mind.
Encroaching darkness creeping.
Using my eyes, screaming your name.
Pain, numbing my existence.
Convincing myself it's sane.
Help! I implore.
Floor to ceiling?
Darkness, Rest, Evermore.
Impressing upon me,

Conversations with the Mirror
Is she still wicked, dark and vexing?
Struggling with her identity, quite perplexing.
Searching for knowledge, escapes and pain.
Trying to grow wise,
Fighting to stay sane.
What is her role or purpose in this life?
Surely not just suffering and strife.
The questions keep climbing up her minds gate.
Just to find no answers and suffocate
Does she believe the lies she holds as her truth?
Or is who she really is quite uncouth?
I listen to her worries and fears

You say I'm a snake, a liar, a cheat.
When will you realize you make my heart beat?
Today you hate me, tomorrow you'll miss me.
But all I can think about is if right now you'll just kiss me.
You want me to leave, begin my sorrow.

There Are Worse Things Than Psychosis
So I assumed my whispers of darkness was the worst it would get.
But conniving tricks of these women, God on my nerves they grit.
I work through the thick walls of hate they've spewed around me.
Though their negativity quickly envelopes and surrounds me.
I've never wished to be alone with the monsters and voices.
But to be drowning in this animosity I'm left with so few choices.
No, I don't believe I'm quite that dramatic
If you listened to this shit, it'd be just as problematic.
My chakras unbalanced, and my minds untethered. ...

Sadness and Confessions
A most irritating notion is love
The most painful thing I've heard
Ridiculous I think, to sum it up in a word.
Disappointment, how likely a path.
The ups have never been worth the downs.
Broken, Always hoping that you would come around.
I've given everything, just for an opportunity
How invalid I feel, because of true.
But no matter what, how stupid it seems to you
Though nothing it seems amounts to shit.
I've bared my transgressions, hoping to be redeemed.
I whisper my dreams to the wind and am returned with shattered...

The regression of your depression is how you feel when It is near.
The darkness seems so heartless, salivating on your fear.

Speculating Our Regret
You feel the fluttering of thoughts, like dead leaves in the fall.
Rotting logs on the ground, insects and scavengers crawl.
Not unlike the regret that plagues your brain.
The cool autumn mist impairing your range.
Unsettling and unnerving choices keep crashing.
Not unlike the nature that's struggling and thrashing
You're trying to stay calm and collected.
Though the frost is impending, your decision redacted.
Life isn't as seamless, just like the four seasons.
Things go smoothly then change without reason.

Understanding This
Its a fascinating idea Life lessons and time.
Its hard to imagine Reason without rhyme.
I've walked the world and never left home.
Backwards I haven't traveled, not dared to roam.
Memories constantly flood, overwhelm my brain.
Muscle memory exists so I'll miss the pain.
The path I've wandered, I've not walked alone.
Though in precious company I am on my own.
I can not pretend to fathom a plan.
Whether by my own design or by grand.
Divinity I lack, omniscience I have not.
Looking at this life now, I prefer...

This Motherhood
What an interesting experience,
this so called Motherhood.
An overwhelming flood of emotions.
Emotions that I, a broken human have never felt.
What a fascinating idea,
is Motherhood.
The carrying and caring of a whole innocent.
An innocent that is part of you.
A beautiful creature who holds your eyes.
A little human who has your nose.
(Pun intended)
So helpless and completely reliant upon you.
Their Creator.
How disturbing is this,
This dark cruel world.
A world I have bared myself for.

Do you ever feel like you're floating in the sky?
Riding out the waves of happiness, watching the world go by?
Oh, yes I know much of these feelings of Bliss!
To touch my fingers to my lips, remind me! Reminisce.
Alas the clouds have always covered the sun.
Leaving me here, tearing away my someone.
You know the feeling? When spring rains turn to storms.
Making quiver and shake. Feeling unborn.
The crashing of lightning is betrayal in your mind
The roar of thunder confirmation to unbind.
