Someday
Someday, once again, I will wake
Next to a smile unfake
I will gaze upon the grace
I'll be in the happiest place
Someday, I know it, I will meet
Oh, what a wonderful treat
Standing on my own two feet
My heart will beat on an upbeat
Someday, I will look back
To the love I gave and the love I lacked
To the pain and sadness following my track
To everything that, in the end, straightened my back.
Someday, finally, I will embrace
All the things that erased the smile on my face
For I know that never will I ever break
For I know that I draw...

Adequate propinquity
Grief is a blessing, that prepares you for any fight
It can make your eyes see the color of the night
No matter how deeply you feel chagrined
It can make your ears hear the words of the wind.
Whisper in the sky, dream of Amethyst
A violet glare shines upon my aching soul
Metaphorical blood, teardrops take their toll
Yet the French inside yells, "Ne sois pas triste !"
As always, he can't refrain
He speaks words that hit me like a freight train
"She's dead, all's dead, your pain won't fade
No weapon can...

The broken-winged phoenix
The broken-winged phoenix isn't dead, but nor is he reborn.
Indestructible weariness, faithful nemesis, mortal companion through the sweetness of nothingness.
Eternal paradox, prism with infinite facets diffracting the beams of the truth.
The blue becomes grey, the clear becomes pale.
The singed sands of time fall in slow motion.
And soon they fell no more.

And with its wings, has flown away his freedom.

The world we're in. [Part 1]
We're living in a world of dreams,
Because reality is not worth living in.
Behind our laughter we hide our screams,
While our sadness and rage are spreading thin.
We're trying hard to make it right,
But what can we do, as simple beings
When your whole planet has lost its bright
And has been covered with buildings ?
This world has become ill to the roots,
While the only rule left is that of terror,
Men keep marching upon Nature's fruits,
And the fox's fur sheds its blood upon its wearer.
Because reality is not worth living in.
