POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Poet Introduction
I love quirky imagery painted in sleek words. Subtle, witty, descriptive verses are my favourite. Poetic discipline and control have parts to play; as do regular visits to the gorgeous ink shop .

Things Undone
So many talk of all the things they'd do;
But would not lift a finger, if the chance
Occurred to let their digits do the dance,
So that these talkers can just follow through!
Give me the silent ones, who will not rue
Or turn their eyes from my critical glance;
And find the challenge offered must enhance
Desires that aren't spoken, (some eschew);
Let's take these opportunities, not draw
Excitement from the centre of mere dreams
That pile up on the pavements, where they're due
To be discarded. Who'd set any store

Busted
I blushed, a busted flush, when I was caught,
Dreaming of hidden bits I could not glimpse.
I checked him out for longer than I ought
To have done: adoring his bulgy hints:
He almost seemed to swell beneath the cloth:
His contained manhood, sensual in the strength
Of feeling he evoked in me, soon cost
All sense of distance: hence the heady length
Of time, I spent observing, grew. How rich
I would have been had he filled me with flesh.
I bit my lip to calm each inner itch;
Seeing his smiling eyes. our gazes...
