Rivers of Rain
A smile once lived here
Now rivers of rain
Once a happy women now sadly insane
Blood shot eyes that are weary and cold
Sit, please listen while my story is told
Pleasure took me but lust over came
A deeper obsession than love or pain
The weakest part of my soul was burned
Two steps backwards and one wrong turn
Rivers of rain that became oceans of sand
Gave up my life for the lust of a man
Now three seeds i boarder
and one soul to protect
And still she runs to her lord
But not yet to repent
Rivers, oh...

Breaking the cycle
They are generations of alcoholics
Addicts and abuse
racism, hatred and Envy
with every excuse
THERES mental illnesses
that will never be addressed
And family members dress it up
with their very best
THERE ARE SINS THAT THEY HOLD
AND SECRETS NEVER TOLD
AND THEY LAY TO REST
BUT WE ARE THE GENERATION OF SCHOLARS AND QUEENS
LAWYERS AND DOCTORS
AND MANY KINGS
OUR CHILDREN ARE
THE COLLEGE GRADS
YES WE HAVE
REAL CHEFS
AND DON’T BE MAD
THE FIRE FIGHTERS
THE TEACHERS
AND...

Carmel Bar, black Licorice eyes,
uhm I love those two together
Having you in person
would be so much better
Lying next to you
Listening to your heart beat
I’m not defeated,
It’s biblical,
if you gave thought to it
then you cheated .
I don’t need fairy tales
or make believe dreams
I live in reality so it’s always what it seems
Breathing deep,
I won’t cheat
I always lock every door
Your giving enough
I don’t need no more
I’m Not Materialistic,
All tho Gold adores me ...

Just A friend he saids
For years we pen played
and expressed our like and dislikes
We argued, love, yelled and fight
Toxic beyond what’s normal it said
“Y’all lost every reasoning in y’all head”
No cheating involved JUST one sided assumed along with substances quickly consumed
Programs and doctors sikes and ALL
PLEADS OF I LOVE ON BOTH SIDES WE CALL
THINGS SEEMED GOOD
WE WALK DOWN MEMORY LANE IN THE HOOD
“I TOLD HER WE WAS JUST FRIENDS”
BUT I sleep with you in your head
The thoughts of me is what is fed
Wait Maybe It’s just me!
NOPE! ...

Why Was I appointed to do things
I think I’m incapable of
You place a great deal of
responsibility on Me
I fight for it, two sides of life
Everything that’s wrong
and very little thats right
You alreally know
that I’m capable
Of doing your will
You choose a broken
person, That’s Very ill
I can’t get right,
I want a normal life
I wanna knock at doors and scream
That I know who you are
But I want things
that I can see
Without the like of bars ...

Letter in the wind?
I live in reality and there is so much to fear
I don’t know this person your introducing
But I still want him here
Can he leave his insecurities
And start a new life
Can he swallow the concept of loving

No Part Of This World
I saw rain fall this morning
And I was grateful
I walked to the bathroom and turned on the water and I was grateful
I heard a scream. ran to the window a bullet laid in a women’s body
She was still alive
I was grateful
I saw a homeless man eating
I was grateful
I saw a women holding her child in the rain the baby was well covered
I was grateful
I was able to leave and not see those things anymore
I was grateful
I woke up this morning and
all I see is cornfields now
Some rabbits and maybe a few bugs
and I’m...
And I was grateful

I can’t breath
I’m laughing and running I can’t breath
I’m in conversation I can’t breath
Your making love to me I can’t breath
I’m on the bus I can’t breath
A tiny ball rolls down my air way
Then stops on purpose
I can’t swallow
I need help but I can’t holla
Then a little bit air comes in
I want to swallow it all but
Im gasping too fast,
how long oh God will it last
Help me I can’t breath (tears)
Don’t want no one to see me
spit up or choking
I rather stay alone I’m so broken (tears) ...

I asked for Peace
I’m staring out this window
It’s very cloudy out, little drops of rain fall
On this old broken down place I made home
I have everything I need in here
Water, food, a bed, warm blankets for when it gets cold, even have some one who rides out to drop off my meds.
It’s raining and the corn has already gone bad
The horses are annoyed, the dogs are barking
And the few trees I do see are swaying a bit.
The whole world in a shambles
And I’m here in the middle of Nowhere
At peace.
There’s hate and lost love, killings and robbery’s, ...

STILL ALIVE
I had a choice one day just to live
It came with Rules and I had to forgive
My Soul was bothered but I was redeemed
Something real made me clean
It told me I had a clean slate on life
The Next person who loved me
will make me his wife
And I Smile and accepted
everything that was good
I read the laws and understood
He held my heart
His hands was so warm
His thoughts were pure
Any sickness I had he was the cure
If only there existed a man of this kind
He resides in the heaven ...

He roams the world believing he’s God,
But he found out that job was hard
You said my love wasn’t true
Yet everything I did was for YOU
I CAN GO ON FOREVER
A NOVAL OF WHAT WENT WRONG
But instead I just sing a forgiving song
I miss waking up to your voice and laughter
I miss our walks and your songs after
I miss my protector, and my dream catcher
I miss my rider and love seat sider
I miss watching you exercise on the bars
And keeping me in shape while looking like stars
I miss my lover who no one can compare, I miss...
