LOVE POEM

Pushing Up Daisies
I hear they smell like lavender, Jasmine, sunshine and glory, and if your lucky rose.
I wouldnt know really.
I hear they hold the power of he loves me, and he loves me not within each and every petal.
Ehh, makes no difference, for he doesnt even think of me so that I might find out my destiny through their silken crystal fall.
Red for passion, yellow for friendship...
Could I at least be afforded white, so that maybe there is hope for a shade of love in my future?
At this point, black would even be beautiful...

Still Yet
Alone
A warm fire cant suffice this frigid body...id rather it just go out.
For in hearing the occasional pops and cracks, im reminded that im still alive.
This numbness that encases my bones, as i curl up in confussion, is awakened long enough to see a mouse scurry across the splintered hardwood floor.
What is he looking for?
A piece of life someone left behind for him?
Haha...silly rodent!
Hasnt he heard...ive used up even the crumbs.
As I curl up tighter and close my eyes under mounds of comfortless blankets, a thought runs through my...

Love Sucks
Im to exhausted to write,
so ill keep this short and sweet.
Im done with love...
Its done with me.
Im a hopeless romantic, thats hopeless indeed.
I crashed as a butterfly,
now watch me sting like a bee.
Kisses can kiss my ass,
hugs can find a tree.
Im done with love...
For love is never free.
Dances can break a leg,
And cloud nine can sink,
Head over heels????
I mean really? What does that mean?
My heart remains broken, forget skipping a beat.
Forever meant...

Selah
I know it won't be long now before doubt shadows your heart causing all courage to cower and cave.
I know it all too well.
But my beautiful friend, remember this when it does,
You are stronger than doubt.
For you believe!
And in faith there is substance of things hoped for, things unseen.
A reason to look into the eyes of the one who desires your soul and laugh him to scorn.
We say Praise your name! Selah

I had a dream of Michael, he showed me how to fight the devil and win.
He layed upon...
I know it all too well.
But my beautiful friend, remember this when it does,

No Love...Its Just Not Gonna Happen
Yet once again...
Uncontrolled emotions run down my face...bleeding down my neck. Every drop filled with longing.
I thought this agony would soon end.
I held the Sun for a moment.
Then the darkness scratched it from my hands.
Cold, alone, deeply broken.
Liars...they are all liars!!
Everyone of them out for self.
I just want to feel!
I will never feel!

The Apple Tree
Once there was a beautiful big apple tree.
Her roots ran deep, her branches praised the heavens.
All alone she grew (but never really alone)
How she gloried in her height!
And in the midday heat she found her hearts reward as she provided a taste of home for the lost and hungry passerby.
Oh how her apples shined!
They were the fruit of her labor, her pride and joy, and in abundance, her stems were never bare.
And just as she was about to sing praise to the Spirit that gave her drink and increase, she noticed a...

Having Done All....Stand
Have you seen my Angel?
All glorious and white, not a drop of darkness to shadow his being?
Have you seen my Angel?
Singing hymns and smiling?
He shines his light so that I might not be afraid.
Yes, my Angel is real..
But this description I give you...have you seen such a thing?
Well, I will tell you a truth, hate me if you will.
I don't know about your angel,
But as for mine, his innocent skin is riddled with deeply imbeded scars.
His sword fully fubished with the blood of seven more..
My Angel dawn's himself in...

Never Forget Where You Came From
As I lay in this bed, in what is now your house, for the last time.
I can't help but wonder about this time tomorrow....
Who's gonna have your clothes ready, lunch packed, and coffee waiting?
Who's gonna stoke the fire so the house feels like home when you return?
Dinner in the cupboard at three a.m?
Who's gonna provide the hip you say you have to have your hand upon to sleep?
You don't know what you have missed, but your getting ready to.
And in that, I hurt for you.
I didn't think there were any tears left...
I see you as...

Dont Tell Me The World Is Ending And Ive Not Yet Loved
I don't have the right words anymore..
I can't help you friend, for this ship is sinking, weighted with heavy priceless cargo, a merchandise many long to have..... and I can't even give it away.
I close my eyes, I inhale deep, and as I exhale....no relief..only tears.
I'm scared I'm gonna die and never taste the salt of the ocean within.
Beautiful waves they are...
I know irony....Only it loves me.
The bitter cold circulating throughout the chambers of my heart.
Restricting any chance of a 98.6° recovery.
I would drink to fill this need, and...

Shame On You For Being So Beautiful
When I read your words, I not only long to hear them live, but I want to feel the warmth of your breath as you allow no space to interrupt the moist lust rolling off your tounge.
Well...maybe not your lust...maybe mine.
When you smile..my naughty intentions growl and plot.
And I know all it would take to provoke my inner inferno to set you ablaze and awaken the man you really are, would be a gesture of some sort..anything.
A sparkle in your eye, an innocent lick of your lip, a crick in the floor, and I would be on you faster than.. ...
Well...maybe not your lust...maybe mine.

Poetry In Motion
If I close my eyes and let go of every emotion....I feel.
The words like warmth, start rising from within.
Layering my heart, my body, my soul, until past and present collide in clarity....
Yes, sometimes even
s-t-r-u-c-t-u-r-e.
And when the heat becomes to much to bare, my minds internal inferno roaring.
My watering of words can't sustain the appropriate speed to save the beautiful white plain ahead, as my page melts away from underneath me, and I forget what kindled the fire to begin with.
The words like warmth, start rising from within.
Layering my heart, my body, my soul, until past and present collide in clarity....

Dang Your Hide
Dang your hide!
I'm not chasing you!
I've already spent my heart on a life that fell through.
For what felt like a thousand years,
I bowed to his needs.
Without words, without love,
I shattered....yet agreed.
To be his helpmate, his loving wife.
My own self, I found it best to concede.
So NO!
I'm not doing it again,
I refuse....dang your hide!
If your ego needs fed,
find another insecure and lonely soul to see you through.
For I have learned there is no labyrinth to the heart,
If the intentions are...
