Sittin in a boxcar lookin at my shoes that tell a wicked story about payin dues, makin a livin with a pool stick and a gun knowin when to shoot and knowin when to run, my daddy was a trucker momma left when I was eight while daddy ran the roads haulin the freight, I was born in a truck stop learned about that white line heard daddy had a family but none of them are mine, now im rollin through your town high upon the track with wind in my hair and sun on my back

The Winner
in the arena the dogs are in place each to put up a violent pace soon there will be blood in the ring and one death a sure thing they have been clipped cut and bobbed to perform this hideous job for a master whose mind is a total disaster meanwhile the pits fight and scrap while dirty men shout and clap when its all said and done there can only be one but ask yourself isnt the dead one the one that truly won ?

SOBER SMILE
Don't know how long I can last,seems ive ruined my future with my past,sober now but always broke,seems ive become lifes little joke,sure I get around with a smile dying inside all the while,gotta take it easy gotta get a grip,livin aint easy for a guy called strangetrip...
