Rhythm of the Night
The cold dreamy sky
Alight with blue stars
Falling like fiery Hawks
Such stones scorched to life,
A twinkle in the unlit night
And under such wicked forces
You caught my eye.
The quiet peace in your sway
The child in your smile,
Had I not conquered
All your defences,
For a taste of the divine
Plucked you from the noise
Into my naked shadow
Where you learned to dance
To the music of the night
And learned to sing
To the tune that played
In my mind,
Don't sleep tonight
Stay a while,
You have yet to...

MISCELLANEOUS POEM

You'll be Safe
And when the storm roars
And the sky weeps tears of blood
Leashed to the night.
Perhaps my callused heart
An unbroken shell,
Barren and abysmal
Will watch over you.
And when you fall
A little too deep.
Where the depths they fear
A little too much to reach.
Perhaps then I'll pull you
Back on your feet.
And when your demons return
With a vengeance
To quench their thirst,
Perhaps then I'll unchain,
Unmask and awake
The black beast
From its slumber.
And you'll be safe
Once again...

I am no phoenix
But I still rise
From the ashes
Reborn.
I am the echo
Of a war
The silence
Of death
I am life
In your veins
The tears
That soften your scars.
I am pain
Sweet unbearable.

Illuminated

Child of Malignity
Child of malignity.
Born of vehemence,
And a bitter need to feel.
Ironic,
How my own words
Seem to laugh at me.
But words can never suffice,
Be enough to describe
Every bit of my soul, or how I feel.
To be trapped within concrete walls,
Until I start caving in,
And falling into this abysmal blue.
Losing myself, my ability to speak,
To give voice to the faceless words lurking in me.
For what has been seen,
Can never be unseen.
Or the sharp teeth
Of an empty silence
That fills my lungs,
Claws through the...

Plight
The distant roar of life.
An unruly heart
And organs awry.
Barren am I
Of love unconditional.
Fear swallows my cries
And drowns my tears.
And if only I could know
A drop of what you know...
Would I know release
Deliverance for peace?
Caged am I
in my ribs of sharded glass.
That pierces and pricks,
Drags holes into a crevasse.
And if only you could feel
A fraction of what I feel...
Would you know the plea
That could tear asunder
Adam from Eve
Gardens grow in me....

Ruin
I breathe black air
The sort that contaminates,
Chokes your prayers
In your throat.
I eat ashes,
Dust and dirt and memories.
Douse me with Holy Water,
So I can bathe
And desecrate,
Your moist decrepit faith.
Death howls my name,
From afar the echoes
Drown the laughter.
There is no light
At the end of this tunnel.
Find your dark corner,
Infested with filth and parasites.
Watch your back,
Your own shadow
Has the power to end your life.
All your armies,
Your palaces and paradise
Will return...

Siren she was
Siren she was,
Trapped in her song
Dancing alone,
Dancing till dawn
The tempestuous current,
The thunderous storm
Tormented by her demons,
In silence she fought,
And weathered the war.
She trusted the waves that cradled her form,
And tore through the net with her bare claws,
Glided past the thorns
Into the vast waters, abyssal blue.
Stripped of her scales, her flesh glistened raw.
The sun touched her cold eyes with warmth
And sent her back to a time long ago,
A time long lost.
Down in the deep she...

Morbid Fantasy
Predator eyes glint,
With raw feral need.
Trapped in your cage
Of cigars and brandy,
Mouthful of tricks,
A charming dandy.
Fearsome claws
Sharpening swords
Razor sharp teeth
And wildly suave.
Damn, those lips
Do fiercely kiss
And trail fire down my back and ribs
Hold me down, turn me around
Scorch my skin with your fingertips.
Painful lashes,
Violent thrashes
Blood and scars,
Make morbid art
With black and blue
And...

Fury
Art stains my fingers
I lie here dormant
Soft music, dead singers.
Choked the songs in their throat
Tongues hang from the ceiling
Whispering secrets as they float
Of a time long ago
A silent curse
Of distorted dreams
Merged in your scent
And colours that paint me.
Make love to the dead,
The occult dance
Will set you free.
Their glassy eyes
Like bloodied jewels, gleam
And pierce through your lies
Through the facade that hides

Dreams die
And rising stars fall,
When time goes by
Without a second thought
And you realise
Your days are short.
Through dead eyes
You've seen it all,
Let her slip away
As you get lost
In your lonely life,
Building stone walls.
Didn't shed a tear,
You didn't even cry
Didn't feel a thing
For the dying child inside.
Didn't hear her call
No you just turned aside,
Behind your stone walls
Is a crumbling heart
And a deep void.

Psychopaths
psychopaths don't have a specific face,
no mark, no way to tell them apart.
You can search for a way,
Try to look in the dark
But you'll only be lead astray
Blinded by lies, you'll be wasting your hours
They're unnoticeable, seem harmless
They smile at you from a passing car.
In a sunny day, they'll offer you help
Their kindness will touch your heart.
And you'll be fooled by their act
Like a fly in their web,
You're a pawn in their show
Oblivious that you're on death row
In the valley of death and only they know
Because...

I would give you all,
I would let you in,
In through my guarded walls.
Let you touch my sins,
As in the darkest crevices of my heart you fall
Lay bare the blood and veins within
Confine me as your thrall
Catch the essence of my skin.
Crash and drown and crawl
And play me like a violin.
Drink from my alcohol,
Until your head spins.
There are secrets in my scent,
Cut me open and watch, enthralled
As I come undone therein
At your mercy, naked and raw
