Once upon a time,
my love for you was new
I thought it was about
your incomparable poetic words,
your softly wavy mane,
the tender eternity
of your deeply urging eyes,
the way they sparkled,
when you smiled.
I was certain
it was your heavenly beauty,
your irresistible sensuality,
and the way I envision you moving
like a gently bowing rose ~
dancing to light rhythms

While On Earth
"Et Ses Octo" or Eights 'n Sixes]
The moon will rise in nighttime skies,
long after we are gone
the birds will sing and take to wing,
and poets words live on.
The sun will blaze on Summer days,
and flowrs return in Spring
it's good to know that when we go,
we'll not disturb a thing.
The rain will fall and trees grow tall,
life will go on, it's true.
So, while on earth, for what it's worth,
I'll share my heart...

Love shall seek not....
but for its own satisfaction
and will not be easily swayed
from its course.
It will....
bend and twist you
and shine and dim upon you
while holding onto those within its grip.
Until....
they become pliant and giving
trusting and alive
with its genuine and crystal-clear vision.
It will know you....
even though
you do not know yourself
and until you do.
It...

Whilst wand'ring through the woods one sunny day,
I came upon a sprite so wondrous faire
she danced ~ then, whirled and stole my heart away.
Oh, how the air became so light and gay ...
each sunbeam glinting through her golden hair,

'Twas once her hand brushed mine in gleeful play,
with tenderness and loving, gentle care ...

Her ink vibrates in universal amplitude,
with such sure vibrant force pure ecstasies exude
releasing with each graceful sweep of every stroke,
her words resound upon the page, as tho they'd spoke.

Her flowing mane, as ebon as the Stygian night,
or golden as soft-textured braids,...

Oft slow I'll pass by the Olde Flower Shop,
adore each delightful bouquet,
considering you'd most surely love one,
but I lack the coinage to pay.
Hang then my head low in sorrowful shame,
strolling sadly on down the road ...
knowing how I have once more let you down,
and it's not so easy a load.
Money troves in the bank nor great riches,
not likely I'll own very...
