Hey Darling
Hey darling,
I know you just don't feel right.
Your eyes tell the whole story.
I can see your hurt.
How much longer can you go on breaking yourself.
With a face to pretty to have tears.
A mind to bright to be tainted by dark thoughts.
A heart to pure to be broke.
In a world were you lost yourself,
Keep searching.
What seems so far away is ever so close.
I bet its hard when the people closest to you,
are the ones that dragged you down.
Open your eyes and see how...
I know you just don't feel right.
Your eyes tell the whole story.

If It Makes You Less Sad
When you think your not important to anyone
Think again, in my eyes your gold
Your imperfections are just perfect to me
If it makes you less sad,
Just let me say these few words
You are the smell before the rain
The warm breeze on my cold skin
The butterflies in my heart
The anchor holding me down
Everything you think your not, you are to me
The way your skin glows in the sun
Your smile is like fire to my core made of ice
Turn me inside out and expose my heart that is yours
...
Think again, in my eyes your gold

The Truth About Me
Though my poems seem kinda dark yet strange sometimes
Don't be confused with really who I am
There are many layers to my writing
I don't look at it as bad, but yet a gift
Being able to be put in someones shoes and feeling their pain
What their lips can not speak I will help
Though I have had my share of mistrials in my life
My eyes are kind and sensitive to detail
Never judgmental
I see beauty in everything and am actually a very upbeat person
I am more like "You like to drink? Drink on"

Can You Hear Me Now?
These thoughts consume my mind like a disease
Don't know where they come from but they stain my soul black
My eyes water as I hold back tears
Too afraid to ask for help I just cope and hope you notice
Can you hear me now?
I am colorblind
Everything is black and white
Trying to reach out to grab a hand to pull me out
Nothing is there so I just drown in my own tears
Can you hear me now?
So much pain as I try to find a way out
I didn't want to but I grabbed that blade
As I carve my story on my wrists
The vine of warm blood is...

Momma Always Said, Once A Cheater Always A Cheater
Wait hold that thought
You have my stomach in a knot
Our relationship was a garden, growing nothing but lies
Something that seemed so pure ended with nothing but cries
These tears are not for you though, don't get it confused
They are for my heart that always loves to easy just to get abused
I got with you and moved forward three steps just to get knocked back nine
There is always calm before the storm and everything did seem fine
You say you love me but that's not true
I swallowed you up like a big bottle of pills and now I lay here...

Spiral
Here I lay, emotionally sick
I try to breathe, but the air seems thick
A fight of freedom to seek and discover
Maybe to find what I hide undercover
Bang goes the coffin nails, trapped
This is how I feel, I think I done snapped
Why do I toy with the sensitive strings of life?
I flick each one to hear the sound just to cut it with a knife
Like a stranger to myself, I don't know who I am anymore
Just don't step to close to me, you will fall through my trapped door
Like everyone has done to me, I will work to lift you up just enough to let you...

The Stranger
Mom came home with a stranger today
Not even a man but in her left breast he lay
She bursts out in tears and says it won't be long
But she's a strong woman, she still carries on
There might be a chance the doctor keeps saying
There is just simply no time for delaying
With a 90 percent chance, Chemotherapy seems to be the only hope
I see the pain in her face, I just can't cope
There isn't a worse feeling I could compare this to
Watching her go through this and there is nothing I can do
She smiles at me and tells me everything will be...

I am loving this view
Connected as one
Look what you have done
I am having uncontrollable shakes
Just from the way you taste

I feel all these explosions inside
As you and I collide
Hot, steamy and wet
I think we are ready for the set
Yes we could make a movie with this kind of love
Fitting perfectly like a glove
Your face in such pleasure
I could stay like this forever
I just love this, you so deep inside

How Can I Save Myself From Me
So this is what I have come to
Needles and pills just to get me through
Hurting the people that love me the most
Doing anything for that next dose
I am self medicating myself
I really don't give a shit about my health
The marks on my arm are always a reminder
This demon inside me has me in such a grinder
I wasn't always like this
I've been like this since the devils first kiss
I did have big dreams and then this took place
I already know I am such a disgrace
I'm hurting so bad, my muscles feel like a melee
I can just feel...
