A Love Unknown
They say a love unknown is a love that is gone
But a love gone is a love that was once known
A bond that started as nothing but has grown
A love that many people wish they can clone
It wasn't pretend I really did give my heart to you
Even after what we been through
For you there wasn't nothing I wouldn't do
When they seen me they seen you
I was always the wood but you was my glue
I NEVER imagined us being here
I thought the love we shared was rare
I saw forever with you
Now I don't know if that was was true
Looking...
But a love gone is a love that was once known
A bond that started as nothing but has grown
A love that many people wish they can clone

My Eyes
They say a person’s eyes is the the window to their soul
So if you ever look into my eyes you then would see my truth
My eyes tells a tale that my mouth wouldn’t speak
Look deep into my eyes to see my story
The many different shades to match my different emotions
If I showed you my tear drops
Would you collect the rain
Put them in jars and then label it pain
The glow in my eyes is like the power of the sun
So I put away my gun
Head held high
I’ll forever fly.....

I’m A Work Of Art
I’m a work of art
From the ink on my skin
To the ink from my pen
My body was a bare canvas where I started my story
My paper was the empty pages that I brought to life
I’m on a mission that will take time
But as my journey continues I’ll continue to fill in the lines
The way my pen slide across the paper
My ink leaving it’s mark
Bringing about my inner thoughts
Something you’ve never experienced before
All bullshit aside
Who else you know can dig deep inside
Turn nothing into something
And make you realize... ...

Broken Pieces of My Heart
A heartache isn’t beautiful
And no it’s not poetry
It’s not staying up till 4am constantly listening to love songs that remind me of you
I never believe people when they told me how much it hurts....
Hurts to have your heart broken
Until it happened to me
I’m used to hearing my silent cries and wanting to hid
You said you could never hurt me but that was a lie
Because that night I died
Even when I try not wanting you
I end up needing you
You were my favorite joy
Yet my endless pain
I’d break my heart and use the pieces...
And no it’s not poetry
It’s not staying up till 4am constantly listening to love songs that remind me of you
I never believe people when they told me how much it hurts....

everybody want a light-skinned hottie with the baddest body
with the fat ass
that make you double take when she pass
meanwhile you got a chocolate chick thick thighs
Curves wider than my eyes
With a pretty smile
Full lips that would drive any woman wild
But you know what kills me
When people be like your black but you're pretty

Or the social level we live in
Got our black girls
Hating their kinky curls

The Past
I loved you from the beginning and well past the end.
Trust isn't given it's something you gain.
Loved you through the sunshine and rain
To hell and back again
Putting my needs to the side
And swallowing my pride
Time after time
Bull shit line after bull shit line
Now when I'm doing something for me
Something that makes me happy
I'm switching up and I'm phony
I got tired of being lonely
Sleeping alone every night
Even though you were next to me
Shaking my head nah this ain't right
Everybody want me to fight ...
