POEMS AND SHORT STORIES
Black Hole
I push two fingers against my temple
cocking my thumb back, wishing it was a gun
wishing so hard, I become the bullet.
I pull the trigger and fly down the barrel
colliding with myself, imploding into
paradox my eternal soul becomes
oblivion, the true death for a God.
Finally eternity has lost its sting.
Endless memories will haunt me no more,
numberless days of pain cease to be.
Friends, family, love, no longer exist.
Did they ever really exist at all,
and could I have done this to everyone?
cocking my thumb back, wishing it was a gun
wishing so hard, I become the bullet.
I pull the trigger and fly down the barrel
colliding with myself, imploding into
paradox my eternal soul becomes
oblivion, the true death for a God.
Finally eternity has lost its sting.
Endless memories will haunt me no more,
numberless days of pain cease to be.
Friends, family, love, no longer exist.
Did they ever really exist at all,
and could I have done this to everyone?

They say
with piety
bodies are our temples.
I'm looking out stained glass windows
with bars.

Poems
of any sort
are so very tasty,
the closest thing to ambrosia
we have.

Laugh
Keep misery at bay,
hold it back and simply
laugh the trouble away.
With pain piling all day,
it's a wonder we
keep misery at bay.
Don't be left in dismay!
Enjoy cruel irony,
laugh the trouble away.
There is always a way.
Find the humor, be free,
keep misery at bay.
Suffering. Why!?! Delay.
Responsibility.
Laugh the trouble away.
Shit happens and it may
rob you of hope, but please
keep misery at bay,
laugh the trouble away.
hold it back and simply
laugh the trouble away.
With pain piling all day,
it's a wonder we

Decepticle
Chained from birth to cruel reality,
was there ever a time we haven't been
just prisoners longing to be free?
So many bodies twisted by palsy
and down's children who can hardly make a friend,
chained from birth to cruel reality.
Though they seemed to abolish slavery
there are more slaves in the world now than back then,
just prisoners longing to be free.
Here we are arrested for growing a tree
in America where we all begin
chained from birth to cruel reality.
Anything to quell our misery,
escaping through addiction with...

The cockroach
go on
you can squish me
but your greatest weapons
and your best technology wont

Dishes
Dishes,
Can't wait for more!
It's a surprising fact
that dirty jobs really make me
feel clean.

My Midas vision
Turns everything into shit,
I need some new eyes.
Turns everything into shit,
I need some new eyes.

The Mirror
Is there any place to hide from yourself,
Escape the devil in the mirror?
Can you trust your own feet to take you there,
Or will they lead you into your own jaws?
Could the devil himself be an illusion,
Nothing more than lies to test your sanity?
Do you have to run anywhere at all?
Am I strong enough to face the mirror,
Fierce enough to send that bastard running?
Will my feet refuse to run to my death,
Standing firmly on my last shreds of hope?
Who has more substance, me or that liar?
Would my fists pass right through his smiling face?
What...
