[ Love ] Dead Roses
Red roses
were once the way to this heart
until all those prickly thorns began to smart
So, be on your way---
don't even begin to start with me
Dead roses
are this girl's best friend
They don't disappoint anyone in the end
A heart not broken
is a heart not on the mend
Don't you see?
Does absence makes the heart grow fonder?
It certainly gives one lots of time to ponder
mostly about how abstinence is a drag---
a pain in the ass
I would rather be alone and masturbate

Can you please point out to me
which way the wind is blowing?
The weathervane atop the trailer
seems to be broken
Not quite certain whether I am coming or going
knowing I just can't seem to sit still
while time speeds up in a peculiar slowing
I'm not clean
neglected like an infected rash
I'm not clean
Doctor needles strewn about
a heaping of white trash
Can you please tell me
will the sun ever shine in the sky again?
The darn shades in my room
refuse to roll up for...
